Amtrak

Amtrak's mobile application allows users to view train schedules, buy tickets, and view upcoming reservations.Since Fall 2013, I have been responsible for development and maintenance of the iOS application, starting with version 2.0. More recently, I have also taken over maintenance of the Android application since version 2.2.3.

GUYTRAX

Still a work in progress, GUYTRAX is a mobile application that incorporates geolocation to help guys find other guys, relevant events, and venues in their neighborhood.Built with a Ruby on Rails back-end, it's being developed for both iOS and Android.

HomeSnap

HomeSnap (formerly Sawbuck) is an online real estate company based in Washington, DC. The HomeSnap mobile application was launched in March 2012 at the SXSW conference in Austin, TX. It allows you to take a picture of any home in the United States to reveal details including square footage, lot size, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and more.

I was the lead front-end developer for the Sawbuck website and then the mobile website and finally the lead iOS developer for the Sawbuck mobile app and Homesnap versions 1 and 2.

Charles Schwab

During my time at Schwab I worked with the Creative Services department on internal applications that facilitated various inter-departmental functions from project management to client form generation. PHP had been used historically, but with the increasing popularity of Ruby on Rails our team decided to make the switch. In a few months, I became rather proficient in Ruby and it's continued to be my first choice for back-end development ever since.

ProfileLinker

This is the project that catapulted my professional career. ProfileLinker was a social media aggregrator that allowed users to login with various accounts (Facebook, Myspace, LinkedIn, and more) and view all their friends and messages in one place. I was the CTO and a co-founder along with Brian Dixon, Alix Holder, and Craig Dixon.
